About Me

The technical field I have known has changed a lot, both in terms of programming languages and development methods and tools.

Digital transformation is underway in many companies. Innovation does not wait, the industry is constantly reinventing itself.
Currently it is about Industry 4.0 with the implementation of advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, AR / VR, 3D printing, Drones, Blockchain etc. , and at Accenture we even talk about industry X.0 to reflect a continuous and accelerated revolution.

To be successful, you can no longer just be good in one area, but you have to be able to adapt, learn and evolve constantly.

I have over 20 years of experience in development and integration projects during which I have been involved in the implementation of complex applications, in different domains and for several Large Account clients.
Curious, methodical and persevering, I find great satisfaction in the success of a project, and the greatest success was the creation of the platform ADDS (Accenture Digital Distribution Solutions).

For the future, the question naturally arises, develop or manage? And why not both ?

Experience

2021 – Today – Full-stack developer – L Commerce – Ivry-sur-Seine

Redesign of the e.leclerc website catalog

  • Development of Backoffice modules for the site https://www.e.leclerc/ (Catalog Management, Promotions, CMS, Marketplace, Dropshipping, etc.)

2014 - 2019 Offering Lead – Digiplug (an Accenture company) – Paris

With a team of 1 technical lead, 5 developers and 1 IT, I developed the solution ADDS (Accenture Digital Distribution Solution), a scalable & elastic platform (cloud architecture), open (API layer, business rules engine) and secure (regular updates via DevOPS processes, scans of vulnerabilities in open source packages using tools such as than Black Duck).
I worked both on the technical level (implementation, deliveries) as well as on the managerial & strategic level (roadmap, team management, marketing and sales). ADDS is a platform developed to ingest metadata and binaries, apply business rules and transformations, and deliver the digital product to other businesses, end users or systems.

Following the development of the platform, each client project carried out on the ADDS platform mobilized on average 300 man/days:

  • 2 to 10 backend developers (onshore and offshore)
  • 2 to 5 frontend and mobile developers
  • 1 IT ressource
  • 2 Test ressources

3 offerings have been developed on this platform:

  • Connected Worker (patented https://patents.google.com/patent/US20170068743), a solution leveraging the latest mobile and wearable technologies allowing field workers to access their daily work orders in rich multimedia formats, communicate with remote experts via video calls or leave real-time comments by voice or picture
  • 3D printing (patented https://patents.google.com/patent/EP3156926A1), a solution to secure and print 3D models remotely
  • Connected Drones, a solution to ingest the planned routes of drones (defined in Pix4D or DroneDeploy), apply image recognition (AI) to detect faults and automatically generate repair orders

Many international clients:

In an often international context, I participated in the development of innovative solutions based on ADDS for different Accenture customers, in Proof of Concept, pilot or production mode, using agile methodologies on contracts that can cost several million euros.
I met many customers, in various activity sectors, and I was able to work with them and support them on their digital transformation issues (new types of devices, new data formats, IoT, Cloud, etc.) .
